Izvješće

Međunarodni susret studenata agronomije, "Agronomijada 2008", održan je od 21. do 24. svibnja 2008. u Poreču u organizaciji Agronomskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

U organizaciji susreta sudjelovale su studentske udruge Fakulteta: Studentski zbor, IAAS, STUDA i Sportska udruga Agronomskog fakulteta u suradnji s Uredom za međunarodnu suradnju te nastavnicima i zaposlenicima Fakulteta.

Agronomijadi je prisustvovalo oko 220 studenata iz sljedećih ustanova: University of Debrecen, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine - Cluj Napoca, University of Hohenheim, BOKU - University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences iz Beča, Agronomski fakultet - Mostar, Poljoprivredni fakultet - Osijek i Agronomski fakultet - Zagreb.

Prema programu susreta studenti su sudjelovali u predstavljanju znanstveno-stručnih postignuća, okruglom stolu, sportskim natjecanjima (stolni tenis, šah, mali nogomet i odbojka) i umjetničkim postignućima.

Otvaranje susreta održano je u srijedu, 21. svibnja 2008. na Agronomskom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Skupu se obratio prof. dr. sc. Milan Mesić, prodekan za međunarodnu suradnju. Studenti su potom posjetili Biotehnološki laboratorij Zavoda za oplemenjivanje bilja, genetiku, biometriku i eksperimentiranje te laboratorij Zavoda za opću proizvodnju bilja.

Drugi dan Agronomijade počeo je predstavljanjem znanstveno-stručnih postignuća studenata. Predstavljanje je moderirala doc. dr. sc. Marina Piria uz pomoć asistenata Ivice Kosa, Ane Kaić i Aleksandre Jurčević. Tom prigodom predstavljeno je 20 radova. U poslijepodnevnim je satima održan okrugli stol pod vodstvom Ivane Žganjar iz Ureda za međunarodnu suradnju. Svrha okruglog stola bila je predstavljanje rada studentskih udruga i razmjena međunarodnog iskustva radi daljnje suradnje. U organizaciji IAAS-a u večernjim je satima održano predstavljanje istarskih delicija na kojem je održana edukativna radionica o degustacija vina u suradnji s najpoznatijim vinarima Istre te s Institutom za poljoprivredu i turizam iz Poreča kao i o Istarskom i Dalmatinskom pršutu koju je održao Ivica Kos. Poezija Nelly Majcen Pračinec i pjesme klape Falkuše pridonijeli su cjelokupnoj atmosferi.

U petak, 23. svibnja 2008. organizirani su stručni izleti: posjet vinariji i proizvodnji maslina i maslinovog ulja. Na svečanom zatvaranju podijeljene su nagrade, a sudionike je u ime organizatora pozdravio dekan prof. dr. sc. Davor Romić.

Istovremeno su tijekom četvrtka i petka održana sportska natjecanja u malom nogometu, stolnom tenisu, odbojci i šahu (rezultati u prilogu).

U subotu, 24. svibnja 2008. u ranim prijepodnevnim satima sudionici su se uputili kućama.

REPORT

The first International Meeting Of Students Of Agriculture "Agronomijada 2008" took place in Poreč, May 21-24, 2008 in organization of the Faculty of Agriculture, Zagreb. Student's associations of Faculty of Agriculture engaged in organization are the Students Assembly, IAAS, STUDA and the Sports association of the Faculty of Agriculture in cooperation with the International Relations Office, teachers and employees of the Faculty.

Approximately 220 students from the following institutions presented the "Agronomijada 2008": University of Debrecen, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine - Cluj Napoca, University of Hohenheim, BOKU - University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences iz Beča, Faculty of Agriculture - Mostar, Faculty of Agriculture - Osijek and Faculty of Agriculture - Zagreb.

According to the programme of the meeting students had an opportunity to present Scientific and professional achievements, to participate on the Round table discussion, Sports activities (table tennis, chess, futsal and volleyball) and Art exhibition.

The Opening ceremony was held on Wednesday, May 21 2008 at the Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb. Vice-Dean for International Relations, Professor Milan Mesić, PhD, referred to the participants of the Meeting. Later, the students visited the biotechnological laboratory of the Department of Plant Breeding, Genetics, Biometrics and Experimentation and Department of General Agronomy.

The second day of "Agronomijada 2008" started with the student's presentations of Scientific and professional achievements. The moderator of Scientific and professional achievements was Assistant Professor Marina Piria, PhD with the help of Assistants Ivica Kos, Ana Kaić and Aleksandra Jurišić.

On this occasion 20 science papers were presented. The same day in the evening the Round Table Discussion was held under leadership of Ivana Žganjar who works in the International Relations Office. The purpose of the Round Table Discussion was presentation of Universities, student's associations and the exchange of informations about international exchange experience with a view to the future cooperation.

Late in the evening the programme proceeded with the Opening of the art exhibition, cultural evening, and Istrian delicacies. Presentation of Istrian delicacies was held under leadership of IAAS and thereupon the educational workshop about the vine testing in cooperation with the most famous producers of vine in Istria and Institutre of Agriculture and Tourism in Poreč was presented. Also, the Assistant Ivica Kos held the presentation about the Dalmatian smoked ham and Istrian ham. Poetry Of Nelly Majcen Pračinec and the poems of gang "Falkuša" who made a contribution to whole atmosphere.

On Friday, May 23 2008 the expert field trips were organized: visit to vine producers and the olive and olive oil producers. Participants were awarded on the Closing ceremony and Dean of Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb Professor Davor Romić, PhD, welcomed them in the name of Organizer.

At the same time, during Thursday and Friday, Sports competitions in futsal, table tennis, volleyball and chess took place (results in annex).

On Saturday, May 24 2008, early in the morning, participants went home.
