INTERREG III

INTERREG III (2000. - 2006.) is a Community initiative which aims to stimulate interregional cooperation in the EU between 2000-06. It is financed under the European Regional Development Fund.

The current period of Structural Funds programmes and instruments have come to its end in December 2006 and the Commission, the Member States and the regions will prepare for the new programming period between 2007 and 2013.
