Student Residence Halls

The Ministry of Science, Education and Sport allocates a number of rooms to foreign students in one of the five student residence halls in Zagreb for subsidized price.

The rooms in the residences are double and sometimes have their own bathrooms. In other cases bathrooms will be shared by the residents of the same floor. All rooms are equipped with bedclothes and towels.

Youth hostels

Young visitors who prefer private accommodation (not subsidized) and would like to live in a rented flat, before choosing a nice one, they might want to spend some time in a hostel. We also recommend student hostels for groups of students which are arriving in Zagreb for couple of days. The rooms in the hostels are 2, 4, 6 or 12 bed. Price / person / day: from 12 - 25 €.

Hotels

Hotels in Zagreb are numerous and diverse, from luxurious to small private hotels. The most of the high quality hotels are located in the city centre, but you can also find some cheaper accommodation there. The hotel service is of good quality and rooms are neat. Price / person / day: depend on hotel category (rated with stars).

Motels and pensions

Most of the motels and pensions in Zagreb are located outside the city centre. Besides the overnight stay, you can use them for daily rest by reduced price.
