Opis predmeta

The objectives of the course are acquisition of modern theoretical and practical knowledge of aquaculture; understanding the current state and aquaculture importance in the global fisheries; the establishment of the expert background on the applicable production in the function of creating new, maintaining existing and exploiting unused natural goods, regarding aquaculture. adoption of basic knowledge for further studies in specialist and doctoral studies; adoption of adequate skills to perform responsible jobs within the profession.

  3. Introduction in rearing cold-water fish; categorization and characteristics; methods and technologies of spawning trout and additional fish species in the cold-water aquaculture; rearing juvenile and consumer categories
  4. Introduction in rearing marine fish; categorization and characteristics; methods and technologies of spawning seabass and gilt-head seabream; rearing juvenile and consumer categories
  5. Getting acquainted with freshwater aquaculture on the spot; visit the farm and the hatchery of cold-water fish species
