Course description
Students will learn to independently appraise and decide on the method of waste disposal from primary agricultural production, processing industry or biofuel production. To determine the potential of agro-industrial waste, its nutritional value and possible applications as animal feed with the aim to optimize of their disposal or reducing the cost of animal production using these waste materials as sources of nutrients.
