Course description

Pregled razvoja uzgoja salmonidnih vrsta riba i pravaca uzgoja s naglaskom na suvremena dostignuća. Prirodna reprodukcija salmonida, a napose kalifornijske pastrve kao glavne akvakulturne vrste. Određivanje lokacije za uzgoj, kapacitiranja i izrada projekta. Bazenski i kavezni uzgoj. Inducirani mrijest, te tehnologija uzgoja mlađa i konzuma. Hranidba i gustoća nasada različitih kategorija riba. Praćenje prirasta i rentabilitet. Sortiranje i transport. Mogućnost i načini uzgoja drugih vrsta riba hladnih voda. Farming i rančing sustavi. Praktičan rad na ribnjaku.
