University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture hosted colleagues from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Burgas, University „Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”

Representatives of the University „Prof. dr. Asen Zlatarov” from Burgas, Bulgaria, visited University of Zagreb, Faculty of Agriculture last week. Main goal of their study visit, financed from the „Cross border Regions Collaborate for BLUE GROWTH (BLUE GROWTH COLLABs)” project, was to establish cooperation and exchange experiences in order to build capacities.

At the introductory meeting, assoc. prof. Lenia-Nezaet de Brito Gonsalvesh, presented the University „Prof. dr. Asen Zlatarov” and the „BLUE GROWTH COLLABS” project, while Vice-Dean for International and Interinstitutional Cooperation, assoc. prof.  Kristina Kljak, welcomed Bulgarian colleagues and presented University of Zagreb, Faculty of Agriculture. After the introductory meeting, different departments and laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture were presented and visited, and discussions on possible further cooperation were held.
